Each step in the installation process is documented by Pulsa technicians using the new Pulsa Notes & Images feature. This allows the installer to enter notes about each tank and its sensor(s), and/ or each site, including photos – another industry first by Pulsa. Not only can photos be uploaded but they can be zoomed in on to view the smallest details. Installation notes can describe anything unusual about the tank, or why the install was performed in a particular way, or quirks about a site. The Notes & Images feature allows all notated records to be associated with a sensor or location, can be easily accessed, and they become an important historical record that provides a leg up for any subsequent attention that tank may need in the future. Having this documentation can help with troubleshooting and even eliminate a drive out to see a location or tank. Important installation notes are documented with this feature, with before and after photos of every job. Post installation, the installer tests the components to validate proper function.
